Represent buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions, generate and convert leads, win listings, close deals, and build referral business. Use Redfin’s CRM and technology platform to manage the client pipeline, collaborate with support teams, and serve customers throughout the local market. Agents must maintain an active real estate license, travel within the market, provide required auto insurance, and deliver strong communication and customer service.

Independent contractor real estate associate agent who shows homes, hosts open houses, and attends inspections on a flexible schedule. The role does not involve transaction closings or sales pressure. Agents must hold a state real estate license, affiliate exclusively with Redfin, join the local MLS and Realtor Association, use a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, and maintain reliable transportation for travel within the market. Redfin provides optional education and conducts background screening.

Conduct real estate field activities including showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Set an independent schedule and workload while serving customers without handling sales contracts, closings, or transaction completion. The role requires an active state real estate license, exclusive affiliation with Redfin, membership in the local MLS and Realtor Association, reliable transportation, and travel within the assigned market.
