Run annual engagement survey, analyze talent data, facilitate calibrations and talent reviews, deliver manager training, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to embed culture and development practices across the organization.

Execute and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC) across Meta, LinkedIn, 6sense and other channels, collaborating with external agencies for Google and Reddit. Monitor and improve CPL, CVR, and ROAS; run keyword research, audience targeting, A/B tests, and manage budgets. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance to inform SEO, content, and broader marketing strategy.

Lead enterprise compensation, benefits, and People Operations strategy. Own pay structures, benefits design, HRIS and payroll partnerships, compliance, metrics, and vendor management. Serve as HR business partner to senior leaders, advise on org design and promotions, lead a People Ops and Total Rewards team, drive HR process improvements, and support acquisitions and executive HR strategy.

Design end-to-end B2B marketplace workflows for buyers and suppliers, from discovery and research through high-fidelity designs and handoff. Conduct user research and testing, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI, evolve design systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Support, and Marketing to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

Lead a team of automation engineers, oversee automation strategy and integration into CI/CD for delivering quality software.
