Design, build, and operate data services and pipelines to ingest, standardize, and deliver clinical data for product, analytics, and ML. Tune Spark workloads, enforce data quality, monitor production systems, and partner with product and engineering. Participate in on-call support.

Manage and grow squads of backend/full-stack engineers, lead delivery of provider-facing product features, set technical vision and prioritization, ensure production reliability and on-call participation, contribute code when needed, and collaborate across product, design, and clinical stakeholders while exploring/integrating generative AI.

Build and maintain production data pipelines and models to support analytics, ML, and research. Ensure data quality and availability, operate and monitor the data platform, investigate failures, optimize performance and costs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.

Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack features across frontend and backend. Collaborate with product and design, maintain and improve codebase and tooling, participate in on-call and production support, and contribute to infrastructure and deployment. Drive high-priority projects and continuous improvements to meet user and business goals.

Lead and scale the software engineering organization, align technical execution with product and company priorities, optimize delivery processes, mentor engineering managers, drive AI integration (generative AI and agentic workflows), ensure reliability, scalability, and security, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver clinical, data-rich systems.

Lead design and execution of marketing tech, ABM workflows, and AI-enabled GTM processes. Align sales and marketing through scoring, SLAs, and funnel optimization. Build analytics and reports to measure account engagement and conversion, troubleshoot CRM/automation logic, and scale outbound/inbound demand generation.
