Lead customer deployments of voice AI agents from discovery through production launch. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, translating requirements into AI workflows, configuring agents and automation, integrating APIs and business systems, troubleshooting technical issues, running demos and working sessions, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, tracking project risks, and optimizing deployments. The role also develops repeatable implementation playbooks and identifies expansion opportunities.

Leads strategic customer engagements from discovery through production deployment and expansion of AI voice solutions. Partners with executives to identify automation opportunities, build ROI cases, design workflows, and develop execution plans. Coordinates Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, advises customer stakeholders, drives complex initiatives, and translates successful deployments into repeatable playbooks and product insights.

Work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production voice AI applications. Integrate Retell APIs/SDKs, develop conversational workflows, debug telephony/SIP and infrastructure issues, optimize AI behavior and prompts, lead technical onboarding, and drive product improvements from proof-of-concept to production.
