Own and administer accounting and financial planning systems, including configuration, integrations, access, upgrades, implementations, data migration, and validation. Build automations using workflows, APIs, webhooks, and scripting; apply AI-assisted troubleshooting responsibly; create self-service resources; monitor service levels; support onboarding, offboarding, Zoom Rooms, AV, and office networks; and collaborate with Security and Infrastructure while mentoring junior teammates.

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI learning and enablement programs at Ridgeline, fostering AI adoption across all employee levels.

The Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner will develop and manage total rewards strategies, including compensation, equity, and benefits, to support global growth and IPO readiness. This role involves partnering with multiple departments and shaping the company’s compensation philosophy and benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.

Lead and build Ridgeline's Product & Technology Operational Excellence function, unifying Product Ops, Engineering & QA Ops, and Project Management. Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, create operating models, governance, dashboards, and standards, oversee key technology initiatives, and apply AI/automation to improve efficiency and decision quality while developing high-performing teams.

Lead and grow engineering teams building an internal AI platform of agents, shared services, and AI-native products. Define strategy, deliver scalable secure AI systems, partner cross-functionally to prioritize high-leverage AI investments, measure adoption and productivity gains, and recruit and mentor top AI and platform engineers.

Design and develop portfolio performance measurement systems, optimize reporting workflows, and mentor engineers in a collaborative FinTech environment.
