Install, commission, test, and maintain DX voltage regulators and line reclosers. Configure control, protection, and communications, perform wiring verification, troubleshoot equipment and SCADA integration, conduct preventive maintenance and inspections, and document commissioning and maintenance activities while following utility safety standards.

Lead and scale the investor relations function: craft investor messaging and materials, manage engagement strategy (earnings, roadshows, conferences), advise executives, run IR systems and CRM, monitor market and analyst sentiment, and build relationships with sell-side analysts and investors to align external communications with strategy.

Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and energization for utility substations across the Northeastern United States. Verify protective relaying and control circuits, test high-voltage circuit breakers, conduct insulation resistance and load checks, troubleshoot equipment, execute isolation and restoration procedures, complete DRMCC checkout, and document results. The role requires field leadership, coordination with engineering and operations teams, strict safety compliance, and work outdoors around energized equipment.

Leads global category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, and supply-chain resiliency for hyperscale data-center cooling infrastructure. Manages substantial spend across chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, containment, liquid cooling, and related systems. Partners with engineering, operations, and construction teams; develops supplier capacity; mitigates supply risks; monitors commodity markets and refrigerant regulations; and presents recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Provides in-house legal support for corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, securities, governance, and complex commercial matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing financing documents, coordinating with outside counsel and stakeholders, managing transaction closings and post-closing activities, supporting business development, and improving legal processes. Requires a JD, active U.S. state bar membership, and at least three years of relevant corporate or transactional legal experience.

Lead Riot's multi-discipline data center engineering organization (mechanical, electrical, controls), set technical standards and QA/QC, approve designs at key milestones, oversee consultants and vendors, develop engineering talent, and represent engineering in cross-functional and executive decision-making.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Frequent site travel to support troubleshooting and operations.
