The Account Executive will manage and close complex SaaS deals, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients, while generating pipeline and securing strategic partnerships.

Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for expansion revenue across top mid-market and enterprise customers. Hire, coach, and develop the team; establish account-planning discipline; drive adoption of AI capabilities; build executive relationships; manage forecasting and pipeline inspection; and partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. The role also directly supports complex expansion opportunities and helps create the team’s evolving playbook.
