Own People Operations programs across onboarding, performance reviews, engagement surveys, HR systems, people data, benefits, compliance, internal communications, and manager support. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership while building scalable processes for a growing startup. The role requires independently managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, HR workflows and automations, sensitive information, and employee experience programs.

Build and operate backend services, internal data integrations, AI agents, and automation workflows that streamline Rogo’s internal operations and customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include integrating systems of record, deploying production services, creating reliable agent workflows with evaluations and guardrails, automating provisioning and onboarding, ensuring secure data handling, and measuring operational impact. The role requires corporate development, strategy, or business development experience with exposure to M&A, partnerships, or strategic investments.

Lead advisory engagements with financial institutions from pre-sale through expansion. Understand bankers’ and investors’ workflow challenges, demonstrate tailored AI solutions, build executive relationships, and establish credibility across financial services use cases including research, M&A, and diligence. The GTM Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SDRs and GTM Associates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring operations, while driving improvements to the recruiting process.

Lead product development for Felix, Rogo's AI agent: set roadmap, design agent systems and workflows for finance, prototype in code or design, collaborate with engineering and design, and engage top finance users to prioritize and measure agent quality, accuracy, and reliability.

The Mid-Market Account Executive will own sales quotas, lead the sales cycle, build C-Suite relationships, and gather customer insights.

Lead end-to-end product areas across Rogo's platform building polished, design-forward interfaces that translate LLM/agent capabilities into fast, intuitive workflows. Scope, prototype, launch, and iterate with design and engineering; drive information architecture, user research with sophisticated finance users, and set a high bar for craft and quality.

The Product Marketing Manager will lead product launches, develop marketing frameworks, create sales enablement materials, and monitor market trends to establish Rogo as an AI finance leader.
