Provide personalized customer service and style advice in a luxury off-price store. Drive sales, process transactions using POS, maintain merchandise displays and fitting rooms, execute markdowns, support asset protection, and participate in store events to meet individual and store performance goals.

Lead and coach selling associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Supervise daily floor operations, train on selling behaviors, manage promotions, handle customer issues, maintain presentation and merchandising standards, complete operational tasks like markdowns and POS transactions, and support store leadership.

Manage merchandise displays, store layout, and back-of-house operations including receiving, replenishment, markdowns, transfers, and inventory control. Maintain selling floor and stockroom cleanliness, support customers and sales floor, follow asset protection procedures, and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.
