Lead and develop a global Tier I and Social Support team, own CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, FRT, resolution), drive automation and platform configuration, manage workforce planning, vendor relationships, incident response, and deliver Voice of the Customer insights across Product, Marketing, and Ops.

Provide day-to-day leadership of Talent Acquisition during a director leave: manage and coach the recruiting team, own recruiting KPIs and reporting, remove hiring bottlenecks, lead full-cycle searches for critical product and design roles, build talent pipelines, and support domestic and European hiring while partnering with business leaders.

Source genuine full‑size fragrance through international parallel/gray‑market channels: identify and vet wholesalers/exporters, negotiate terms, verify authenticity and import documentation, manage sampling, quality checks, purchase orders and logistics, maintain supplier scorecards, and monitor legal/trademark risks alongside Quality and Legal.

Lead product management for Drift's Shopify-based DTC subscription and ecommerce experience. Define and prioritize digital product enhancements, run A/B tests, measure performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CX to drive conversion and customer delight.
