Participate in a 10-week executive risks underwriting internship rotating through Financial Institutions and Public Commercial Underwriting. The role provides exposure to insurance law, regulatory compliance, underwriting, product development, and in-house legal operations.

Finance intern supporting reinsurance accounting and quarterly close activities. Responsibilities include completing closing tasks, maintaining audit files, running reports, reviewing variance analyses, investigating anomalies, preparing analytical and regulatory reports, supporting special projects, and presenting data-driven recommendations. The role provides training, mentoring, networking, and feedback while developing finance, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Provides legal counsel to financial solutions leadership, supporting deal structuring, transaction execution, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, legal research, and document preparation. Manages outside counsel, advises senior stakeholders, protects company interests, and supports corporate governance, restructuring, M&A, and cross-functional projects. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, project leadership, and insurance or reinsurance financial solutions experience.

Lead a team to source, design, price, and execute complex financial solutions transactions while collaborating with US market teams and ensuring compliance with standards.

Support quarterly analytics and landing under IFRS 17 and US STAT, prepare presentations for auditors and Board, maintain statutory pro formas, assist solvency planning and stress testing, research technical accounting issues, and support ad hoc finance requests across jurisdictions.

Lead North America Alternative Solutions reinsurance: originate, price and negotiate non-traditional deals; manage and develop regional underwriting team; optimize and renew portfolio; drive business development, client and broker relationships; ensure operational, reporting and compliance excellence; explore new market opportunities.

Leads U.S. individual and group life pricing strategy, governance, profitability, risk management, and portfolio performance. Oversees actuarial assumptions, reinsurance pricing, capital utilization, regulatory compliance, product innovation, client engagements, and market analysis. Partners with executive, underwriting, finance, risk, sales, and global teams while developing a high-performing actuarial organization and representing the company within the insurance industry.
