Designs and executes financial solutions and reinsurance transactions for insurance companies, focusing on mortality and morbidity deals. Provides executive and office administrative support, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event organization, communications, invoice processing, expense management, and employee engagement activities. Supports the Head of P&C North America CEO and provides backup assistance to other administrative professionals. The role is hybrid in New York and requires strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and effective collaboration.

Manages outsourced statutory and regulatory reporting for SCOR’s U.S. P&C and Life & Health businesses. Oversees service-provider performance, filing accuracy and timeliness, reporting calendars, close-process inputs, investment reporting through Clearwater Analytics, internal controls, audits, regulatory inquiries, issue resolution, and management updates. Coordinates across accounting, reporting, investments, reserving, tax, treasury, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready regulatory filings.

Participate in a 10-week executive risks underwriting internship rotating through Financial Institutions and Public Commercial Underwriting. Analyze financial statements, risk exposures, macroeconomic trends, and portfolio factors; prepare underwriting reports; support broker relationship analysis, file documentation, compliance, departmental projects, and a final research presentation.

Legal Intern supporting SCOR’s U.S. P&C Legal team with insurance-law research, regulatory submissions, department inquiries, legislative and regulatory monitoring, legal memoranda, training materials, and special projects. The role provides exposure to insurance law, regulatory compliance, underwriting, product development, and in-house legal operations.

Finance intern supporting reinsurance accounting and quarterly close activities. Responsibilities include completing closing tasks, maintaining audit files, running reports, reviewing variance analyses, investigating anomalies, preparing analytical and regulatory reports, supporting special projects, and presenting data-driven recommendations. The role provides training, mentoring, networking, and feedback while developing finance, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Provides legal counsel to financial solutions leadership, supporting deal structuring, transaction execution, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, legal research, and document preparation. Manages outside counsel, advises senior stakeholders, protects company interests, and supports corporate governance, restructuring, M&A, and cross-functional projects. Requires independent judgment, strong communication, project leadership, and insurance or reinsurance financial solutions experience.

Support quarterly analytics and landing under IFRS 17 and US STAT, prepare presentations for auditors and Board, maintain statutory pro formas, assist solvency planning and stress testing, research technical accounting issues, and support ad hoc finance requests across jurisdictions.
