Manage a high-volume portfolio of school districts through digital, one-to-many customer success programs. Execute onboarding, adoption, renewal, and lifecycle playbooks; monitor telemetry, engagement signals, and health scores; identify risks and expansion opportunities; triage customer needs; and maintain accurate Salesforce and Vitally data. Collaborate with Customer Success Operations, Product, Support, Implementation, and GTM teams to improve automated journeys, segmentation, playbooks, and customer outcomes at scale.
