Lead delivery of fund accounting, shareholder reporting, and administration for hedge and private equity funds. Oversee operational teams, client relationships, regulatory compliance, audits, vendor performance, and process improvements. Act as senior technical resource, support sales/RFPs, and coordinate with Tax, Legal, and relationship teams. Role may require substantial travel or client-site work.

Manage Private Equity Fund Accounting operations, ensuring compliance, client engagement, audit coordination, team leadership, and financial reporting accuracy.

Lead ETF capital markets strategy and liaise with market participants to support issuer onboarding, implementation, trading, and distribution strategy. Develop training, models, and documentation, assess client operational and technology capabilities, and drive thought leadership and automation initiatives while partnering with business development, legal, compliance, and solutions teams.

Supervise and train fund accounting analysts for hedge and private equity funds. Maintain pricing and NAV records, perform reconciliations, prepare accounting reports, support year-end audits under GAAP, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with investment managers and clients to resolve inquiries and deliver accurate accounting packages.
