Triage inbound requests, lead cross-functional resolutions, monitor health metrics, identify expansion and churn risks, and mentor other CSMs. Maintain accurate data and advocate customer needs to Product and Operations.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive customer acquisition, managing sales activities and relationships with agricultural employers, leveraging existing industry connections and consultative sales strategies.
