Identify and prospect target accounts in media and entertainment, qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct high-volume personalized outreach, set discovery/demo meetings, maintain CRM records, hand off opportunities to AEs, collaborate on messaging and go-to-market materials, provide market feedback, and support events and outbound process building.

Build and own the desktop/frontend experience for a media-focused platform: modernize the design system and component library, optimize Chromium renderer performance for streaming 4K media, implement IPC integrations with a kernel-level filesystem, ship Electron release workflows and auto-updates, and collaborate with design to unify types across web, desktop, and mobile.

Design and own Shade's large-scale multimodal search stack: decide what to index and how, build LLM re-ranking and hybrid retrieval, operate vector pipelines and continuous re-indexing, create eval harnesses, and optimize for precision and cost at petabyte scale. Integrate with the Python backend and pgvector, evaluate trade-offs for caching, chunking, and backfills, and ship production-quality retrieval systems end-to-end.

Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting, running demos, closing deals, managing renewals, and growing an account book. Work cross-functionally to improve processes, build sales collateral, assist onboarding, forecast pipeline, and travel to meet clients and attend tradeshows. Focus on delighting creative customers and supporting marketing and product initiatives.

Join as the third full-time designer to scale and maintain Shade's brand across digital and physical surfaces. Create static and animated assets, motion graphics, product mockups, and component libraries. Own end-to-end design work, collaborate closely with engineers for handoff, and contribute to Framer and Figma systems, CMS management, and image/SVG optimization. Provide shipped, live-linked work spanning web, desktop, and mobile.
