Offers life insurance

Sift offers group-term life insurance with a payout of 1x an employee's annual salary up to $250,000. Benefits are paid to beneficiaries tax free.

Sift's disability coverage is 60% of an employee's annual salary or $2,500 weekly which ever is lower.

Provides adoption assistance

Sift's provides $200 per month for a Lifestyle Wallet that allows employees to be reimbursed for adoption assistance including adoption fees, court costs, and adoption counseling.
