Offers life insurance
Sift offers group-term life insurance with a payout of 1x an employee's annual salary up to $250,000. Benefits are paid to beneficiaries tax free.

Sift's disability coverage is 60% of an employee's annual salary or $2,500 weekly which ever is lower.
