Act as product owner for Commercial innovation initiatives: gather requirements, build business cases, manage backlog, coordinate UAT and rollouts, drive adoption, and identify AI/automation opportunities to improve processes and realize value.

Lead execution of Commercial innovation strategy through portfolio governance, product and AI roadmaps, cross-functional alignment, and value-driven deployment. Manage analysts, prioritize initiatives, oversee business cases and ROI, and partner with Product Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive adoption and measurable commercial outcomes.

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for Area Directors and General Managers, translating business priorities into people strategies. Lead talent lifecycle activities, coach leaders, manage complex employee relations and union matters, drive organizational effectiveness, enable change, and use workforce data to inform HR solutions and compliance.
