Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration solutions. Responsibilities include designing identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, role management, and segregation-of-duties processes; integrating applications through APIs and directories; troubleshooting and optimizing IAM platforms; gathering customer requirements; conducting workshops; recommending best practices; and mentoring technical project teams.

Drive new enterprise business across the United States by prospecting, developing, and closing complex cybersecurity and identity security sales opportunities. Build executive relationships, manage strategic account plans and long sales cycles, forecast pipeline activity in CRM systems, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets. Partner with presales, solution architecture, marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to present cybersecurity, IAM, and managed services solutions to Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers.

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise IAM platforms in a 24x7 operations environment. Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, provisioning, and identity governance issues; manage access lifecycle, respond to alerts, maintain runbooks, support audits, and participate in shift rotations.

Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform. Responsibilities include resolving Jira tickets and production issues, supporting implementations and upgrades, developing REST API integrations, and optimizing identity governance and access management workflows with internal stakeholders.

Assess and document the client's Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID environments, run PowerShell and tooling-based data collection, identify configuration and operational gaps, prioritize risks, and provide remediation recommendations, resource/skill estimates, and budget inputs for domain consolidation and identity infrastructure improvements.

Support and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform: resolve production issues, manage Jira tickets, troubleshoot ISC functionality, implement upgrades and enhancements, develop and maintain API integrations, and collaborate to optimize identity governance and access management processes.
