Supports multiple public affairs client teams through press clipping, media list creation, policy research, meeting notes, media monitoring, crisis response, and occasional drafting of press releases, social media content, and pitches. The internship offers exposure to communications strategy, public affairs, and media relations while assisting with special projects.

Maintains client finance accounts by tracking contracts, project revenue, invoicing, revenue recognition, receivables, payables, and project closeout. Supports budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, and financial modeling while coordinating with shared services, client-facing teams, and leadership. Ensures transactions and invoices comply with contractual requirements and provides accurate client and project updates.
