Assist with the Quarterly Sales Incentive Compensation calculations for the Global Business Partner Solutions team.
Facilitate cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Revenue Strategy, Accounting, Sales Operations, Systems, Comp & Benefits, and HR.
Guide development of infrastructure to support streamlining and automation of workflows.
Assist with Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly data reconciliation.
Become an expert in Anaplan (cloud based Sales Incentive Comp (SIC) tool) and its maintenance.
Scope and deliver automation projects, policy documents, and process improvements.
Collaborate as needed with other Revenue Strategy team members on ad hoc reports, analyses, and projects.
