Build and manage referral partnerships with healthcare providers across a territory. Conduct in-person meetings and educational outreach, grow a pipeline of referral partners, use Salesforce to track activity, analyze referral trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve referral experience and expand access to mental health services.

Provide 10-20 hours/week of outpatient psychiatric care (in-person and telehealth) while leading clinical operations: supervise and coach PMHNPs/PAs, monitor quality, conduct chart and performance reviews, support onboarding and hiring, and partner on integrated care and clinical standards.

Provide evidence-based psychiatric care including medication management for adults, young adults, and/or children; support patients in crisis; complete timely, accurate documentation; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in supervision and learning opportunities.
