Processes high-volume invoices, codes expenses, performs invoice matching, executes vendor payments, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, and maintains vendor records. Supports month-end close, accruals, aging reports, account reconciliations, year-end 1099 reporting, audit compliance, and continuous improvement of accounts payable workflows. The role also responds to vendor inquiries and collaborates with internal stakeholders.

The Senior Controller oversees the company's financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, managing multi-entity accounting, and maintaining general ledger integrity while driving process improvements and audits.

Lead full-stack development of internal and external web applications using TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js. Design scalable Azure-deployed systems, maintain Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central integrations, build AI-enabled features, mentor distributed teams, manage CI/CD, and collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, performant, and accessible software.

Manage logistics for commercial solar projects: coordinate shipments with 3PLs and carriers, track deliveries and inventory via ERP, prepare shipping documents, troubleshoot delays, and communicate timelines to internal and external stakeholders.

Lead and build Solar Landscape’s national supply chain and procurement organization, defining strategy for sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supplier management. Drive supplier negotiations, contract strategy, KPI-driven reporting, forecasting, and scalable systems. Partner cross-functionally to improve project execution, cost control, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability while recruiting and developing a high-performing team to support rapid national growth.
