Manage complex Cyber, Media, and Technology insurance claims from inception through resolution, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, exposures, and trends. Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, reserves, reinsurance, collateral, and claim strategy; lead resolution and settlement efforts; collaborate with underwriting and senior leadership; provide reporting, technical guidance, training, and mentorship; and represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders.

Manages underwriting support teams and people managers, overseeing hiring, training, performance, workflows, premium bookings, audits, workload planning, operational metrics, and continuous improvement.
