Own the Merchant Dashboard product strategy, roadmap, information architecture, personalization, interaction patterns, and monetization surfaces. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, data, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities, guide experimentation, and make product decisions. Advocate for merchants and communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Own SpotOn’s end-to-end payments product strategy and roadmap across card-present and card-not-present experiences. Lead payment acceptance, authorization, settlement, routing, funding, refunds, disputes, and merchant reporting. Partner with engineering, design, risk, compliance, security, operations, GTM, processors, acquirers, and gateways to improve payment performance, reliability, compliance, funding accuracy, and merchant satisfaction. Drive discovery, experimentation, prioritization, executive communication, and cross-functional delivery in a regulated fintech environment.

Own the end-to-end onboarding for enterprise and mid-market multi-location clients, managing technical configuration, integrations, timelines, stakeholder communications, testing, documentation, and KPIs to ensure successful POS activation and client adoption.
