Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and case management for patients undergoing egg freezing, IUI, IVF, and egg donation. Coordinate time-sensitive treatments and medications, maintain patient rapport, manage large patient portfolios, and ensure a safe, clean clinical environment while working early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Support People Team processes across the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data integrity, manage benefits and leave administration, handle employee inquiries, execute offboarding and employee transactions, produce basic People Ops reporting, troubleshoot systems issues, and recommend process improvements to increase consistency and scalability.

Lead the bridge between growth marketing and clinic operations to turn campaigns into executable clinic plans. Own campaign activation, operating model, clinical volume KPIs, reporting, patient education, and community-building programs. Manage a Community Manager, support clinic readiness for launches and expansions, create playbooks and toolkits, perform post-campaign reviews, and translate clinical volume insights into marketing priorities to drive patient acquisition and improve the patient journey.
