Own StartPlaying’s lifecycle and marketing email programs for players and Game Masters. Responsibilities include designing onboarding, activation, reactivation, transactional, event, and partner campaigns; developing copy, segmentation, testing, QA, launches, measurement, and optimization; analyzing customer event data; and writing occasional landing page copy. The role requires independently prioritizing work within contracted hours and building a modern lifecycle marketing program focused on retention and lifetime value.
