First dedicated Payments PM owning payments end-to-end: optimize authorization/approval and payment success rates, design multiprocessor/acquirer routing and failover, scope retry/recovery and fraud-vs-conversion tradeoffs, translate MoR/compliance into engineering requirements, run instrumentation and experiments, maintain the payments roadmap, and deliver metric-backed improvements to approval and success rates.

Own the webshop product area end-to-end: roadmap, prioritization, sprint planning, partner webshop launches, backlog management, loyalty product launches, SDK integration productization, and establish scalable processes for partner implementations while collaborating closely with engineering, growth, and partners.

Own the end-to-end Stash Pay checkout experience: improve conversion and reduce abandonment, transition UX ownership from payments to product, streamline partner integration and self-serve setup, run experiments and roadmap, and ship iterative, metrics-backed improvements to reduce integration time and increase checkout conversion.
