Supports the Chief Accounting Officer with global financial close, divisional reporting, tax compliance and planning, US GAAP, pension and insurance reporting, transfer pricing, internal controls, impairment testing, audit coordination, management reporting, and special projects. The role collaborates extensively with global finance, leadership, HR, FP&A, and Legal teams while managing external tax consultants and auditors.

Supervise production team to meet schedules and quality standards; assign work, monitor workflow, maintain inventory and equipment, train staff, enforce safety and policies, analyze production data, and coordinate with leadership to improve efficiency and resolve issues.

The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, supervise staff, handle retail financial questions, and improve efficiency in accounting operations. Requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reporting processes.
