Own the full product development lifecycle for Stride’s physical therapy EMR, including discovery, product strategy, roadmap definition, execution, launch, and iteration. Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features, translate user needs into requirements, and use customer feedback, data, and product metrics to guide decisions. The role emphasizes usability, clinical workflows, business impact, autonomy, and rapid execution in an early-stage startup.

Provide empathetic front-line support to outpatient therapy clinics through Zendesk, Zoom, and phone calls. Triage, troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve customer issues; document clear engineering escalations; track tickets through resolution; create help center content; identify recurring issues and product improvement opportunities; and support customers transitioning from onboarding.

Own client onboarding from contract signing through go-live and early steady-state. Build timelines, lead kickoff and training sessions, coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations, track risks and blockers, relay client feedback internally, support early live usage, and hand off to Support. Continuously improve onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials while managing multiple concurrent implementations.

Owns the technical setup and validation of new client launches, including practice configuration, clearinghouse connections, payer enrollments, claims, Twilio communications, card processing, payment flows, and JSON configurations. Troubleshoots vendor integrations, tests systems end to end, documents setups and fixes, manages multiple implementations, and partners with onboarding teams to ensure timely, reliable go-lives.
