The VP of Strategic Customer Engagement will lead customer post-sales efforts, focusing on retention and technical escalations while collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.

Drive Microsoft Azure co-sell pipeline creation and early-stage opportunity progression. Convert partner referrals into qualified opportunities through customer discovery, business-case development, systematic follow-up, and CRM documentation. Coordinate Microsoft stakeholders, joint meetings, technical reviews, proof-of-concept scoping, events, and partner programs. Maintain Salesforce accuracy, provide weekly pipeline reporting, manage multiple execution priorities independently, and proactively resolve blockers. Travel and in-person event participation may comprise up to 50% of the role.

Lead technical product marketing for Striim's real-time data and Enterprise AI platform. Create reference architectures, demos, labs, benchmarks, practitioner content, competitive analysis, and enablement to drive adoption and support enterprise sales cycles.

Serve as technical lead for strategic cloud, database, and technology partners: design and validate integrations and reference architectures, run POCs and enablement, support partner go-to-market and customer engagements, develop technical content, and leverage AI tools to accelerate solution development and partner enablement.
