Own the full lifecycle of complex and time-sensitive investment deals, building customer relationships, resolving urgent issues, coordinating with Legal, Tax, and Product teams, and ensuring execution stays on track. The role also identifies product and process improvements, supports customer-facing projects and product discovery, educates Deal Organizers, and helps scale team training and workflows.

Leads a core product engineering team through technical strategy, architecture, execution, and delivery of business-critical initiatives. Partners with Product and Design to translate company goals into impactful software, guides technical decisions, maintains quality and scalability, and develops high-performing engineers and future leaders. The role requires hands-on technical depth, product intuition, cross-functional collaboration, and experience operating in startup or high-growth environments.

Own product features end to end, from research and problem framing through delivery. Simplify complex, regulated financial workflows, extend the design system, validate solutions with customers, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders. The role requires strong UX judgment, communication, user research, data-informed decision-making, and fluency in fintech, compliance, and SPV workflows.

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you'll support SPV and fund clients, manage investment transactions, ensure financial reporting, and enhance operational procedures.

As a Senior Product Manager, own product strategy and execution for deal workflows and operational systems, ensuring usability and compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead hands-on UX design across end-to-end product for investors, deal leads, and operations. Drive research-led strategy, evolve design systems, simplify regulated workflows, mentor product designers, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, data-informed experiences.
