Lead architecture and end-to-end delivery for Sylvan’s autonomous revenue platform. Build initial versions of complex systems, guide ML and product strategy, establish engineering standards for agent-driven development, and lead a pod of three to four engineers. Responsibilities include sprint planning, technical design, infrastructure decisions, hiring, performance management, and shipping production work with significant autonomy.

Own customer deployments from data access through trusted, outcome-driven systems. Responsibilities include exploring undocumented data warehouses, defining business ontologies, building agent-powered signals and workflows, validating outputs, diagnosing failures, measuring customer outcomes, and turning deployment learnings into reusable tooling. The role requires strong customer collaboration, technical judgment, SQL and dbt fluency, applied data science literacy, and comfort with ambiguity. This is a fully in-office position in New York City.
