Conduct outbound prospecting, follow up on inbound leads, maintain CRM records, and assist in sales presentations for investment solutions.

Build and manage the Client Solutions support function for the Syntax Direct platform: hire/train/coach reps, create support materials and triage processes, manage escalations, partner with product/engineering/methodology teams, support onboarding and QA, and define reporting/quality-control to scale client support.

Provide frontline support for advisors, clients, and platform users: answer inquiries, support onboarding, triage and escalate complex issues, maintain CRM records, document recurring questions and product feedback, assist with QA and UX testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve support processes and materials as Syntax Direct scales.

Develop, maintain, and innovate financial software and data products, write optimized code, design web applications, and mentor peers.
