Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and scales production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems. Leads technical workstreams, develops agentic workflows, establishes evaluation and monitoring practices, partners with business stakeholders, evaluates emerging AI technologies, mentors engineers, and contributes to reusable engineering patterns. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on AI application development, cloud-native architecture experience, and ownership of complex technical problems through production adoption.

Oversee the development and execution of client and internal AI education strategies for B2B distribution teams. Design, deliver, and scale education programs in partnership with sales, technology, investments, marketing, and AI teams. Leverage existing training infrastructure, digital learning tools, and stakeholder relationships to deliver differentiated education for institutional and intermediary clients and client-facing associates.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and scaling of production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems. Sets technical direction, establishes AI engineering standards, evaluates emerging technologies, and develops reusable platforms for orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, observability, and guardrails. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into scalable solutions, mentors engineers, conducts design and code reviews, and guides products from experimentation through production adoption.

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent systems for cloud-native, n-tier architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders to create agent-driven workflows, champion CI and code quality, manage technical debt, and scale responsible AI solutions across the enterprise.

Partner with Alternative Investment Specialists to prospect, sell, and retain financial advisor relationships across assigned territories. Develop territory plans using data, document CRM activity (Salesforce), support meetings and follow-up, attend client-facing events, and contribute to sales, net flows, and territory growth targets.
