Requires expertise in GAAP, ASC 606, healthcare revenue cycles, fee schedules, data analysis, and communicating accounting methods to executives, operations, and clinicians.

Designs, develops, and facilitates role-specific learning programs for healthcare team members. Creates training content using multimedia and e-learning tools, delivers specialized virtual instruction, evaluates learner performance, and communicates development needs to field leaders and HR. Supports project planning, training record management, reporting, session logistics, and continuous improvement of learning programs while ensuring content accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
