Summer 2027 Software Engineer Intern supporting Talos’s RFQ trading platform. Responsibilities include designing distributed-system components in Go, collaborating with trading teams, preparing technical documentation, participating in architecture discussions, adding analytics and metrics, and demonstrating project progress. The role requires a Computer Science student graduating in 2028, prior backend production experience, proficiency in a compiled language, strong communication skills, autonomy, and local presence at the NYC headquarters.

Own strategic relationships with major financial institutions, develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes. Build executive and cross-functional stakeholder relationships, lead discovery and strategic engagements, translate client needs into product inputs, and influence internal teams without formal authority. Maintain Salesforce account records, provide competitive intelligence, and guide clients through digital asset, trading, custody, settlement, and infrastructure initiatives.

Support Sell-Side product roadmap execution by defining requirements, validating API workflows, coordinating releases and client go-lives, maintaining documentation, and liaising across Engineering, Client Solutions, and Support.

Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and connectivity integrations for institutional clients, managing APIs, FIX, platform configuration, timelines, stakeholder communication, and documentation to deliver successful production deployments.

The Account Manager will develop client relationships, manage post-contract lifecycles, drive platform adoption, and support revenue growth through client engagement and satisfaction.

Develop backend services for crypto trading, optimize performance and security, collaborate with product teams, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles (sales, account management, marketing, finance, operations). Source, engage, and close candidates, advise hiring managers on market and compensation, manage pipelines in Ashby, and improve recruiting processes while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

The Software Engineer will focus on backend systems integration for tokenization, developing and maintaining services, APIs, and ensuring performance and security.
