Provide functional PeopleSoft HCM (HR v9.2) consulting: evaluate HR business requirements, translate into system requirements, estimate and recommend solutions, prioritize deliverables, create and execute test and implementation plans, support Taleo integration, Portal/Interaction Hub, payroll, time and labor and work with HR SMEs and developers.

Lead Murex platform enhancements by gathering requirements, designing and implementing solutions, mentoring junior staff, supporting audits and risk assessments, and managing project tracking and SDLC documentation.

Develop and maintain Advent Geneva reports using RSL, migrate reports to RDL/SSRS, collaborate with fund accountants to gather requirements, test scenarios, stage deployments, and support Geneva application and maintenance releases. Work with .NET and SQL relational databases and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Design and build end-to-end medium-to-complex marketing campaigns using SAS CI, optimize campaign performance, and create campaign performance reports in SAS Visual Analytics. Work closely with the CMO to support marketing operations, campaign design, and marketing data mart structures.
