Owns capital and commercial transactions for renewable and gas-powered energy campuses, including project equity and debt raises, PPAs, joint ventures, M&A, land acquisition, and SPV formation. Builds and defends financial models, leads investor and lender processes, negotiates counterparties and counsel, and supports corporate fundraising. The role requires building the corporate development function while executing complex energy infrastructure transactions from origination through close.

Lead end-to-end financing execution for renewable energy and storage projects, including debt, tax equity, ITC transfers, and equipment financing. Build and audit complex project finance models, negotiate term sheets, manage counsel and advisors, structure offtake and credit support arrangements, and oversee documentation through close. Develop capital structures across HoldCo, OpCo, and project SPVs, prepare investor and lender materials, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end project finance for multi-GW off-grid renewable power projects: structure capital stacks, monetize tax credits, build and defend project finance models, manage diligence and lender/investor processes, ensure financeability of commercial and supply agreements, oversee post-close finance operations, and scale the project finance team.

Lead TAR's legal function with primary focus on drafting and negotiating EPC, OEM, MSA, PPA, and customer agreements. Build contract templates and systems, manage outside counsel, handle land/site agreements, support project finance, M&A, disputes, insurance, patents, and clean energy policy issues. Work directly with founders and cross-functional leads to scale a GW-level project pipeline.
