Lead design and implementation of production agentic AI systems that integrate LLMs with Teak's platform APIs. Build RAG pipelines, MCP/tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Contribute backend services in Python, ensure compliance and safety, and operate systems in production including observability and on-call duties.

Own named enterprise accounts in ticketing, booking, and related verticals. Build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, grow pipeline using consultative/value-based selling, manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Perform foundational manual testing: write and execute test cases, run regression and exploratory tests, document bugs and test results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, update TestRail, and learn automation (Playwright) and AI-assisted testing tools.

Own pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting, pricing and deal-analysis frameworks, retention/renewal reporting, and marketing performance analysis. Create automated dashboards, partner with sales and engineering to maintain data pipelines, and present insights to commercial stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Design and build scalable, cloud-native backend systems and APIs on AWS. Focus on architecture, performance engineering, PostgreSQL tuning, caching, async processing, observability, and production support including on-call. Collaborate through code reviews, documentation, and Agile processes while integrating AI-augmented development tools where useful.
