Serve as a customer-facing technical lead for identity and trust infrastructure solutions. Explain DNS, networking, PKI, and agentic AI protocols; design architectures; build proofs of concept using modern programming languages, APIs, and cloud platforms; support demos, RFPs, security reviews, integrations, and technical documentation; and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Develop and strengthen a business-critical Windows platform spanning Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, identity integration, golden images, patching, observability, PowerShell automation, infrastructure as code, PKI, cloud infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery. The role focuses on platform resiliency, recovery testing, migration from NTLM to Kerberos, Windows file services, certificate services, and automated infrastructure management in a hybrid environment.
