Requires advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, metallurgy, automation, machining, fabrication, CAD/CAM, and GD&T. Travel is up to 10%.

Lead marketing to grow sales and gross profit by positioning Tecomet as an OEM partner in medical, aerospace, and defense. Responsibilities include product commercialization, market research, brand strategy, campaigns, social media, tradeshow and sales support, budget management, team oversight, and promoting surgical and orthopedic capabilities.
