Build and own customer-facing backend features for a data security platform. Responsibilities include making architecture and design decisions, resolving ambiguous technical problems, debugging production systems at petabyte scale, implementing data security solutions, and contributing through code reviews, design feedback, and mentoring junior engineers.

Develop and maintain ML pipelines for entity classification; collaborate with data scientists; implement monitoring frameworks and improve data workflows.

As a Founding SDR at Teleskope, you'll develop outbound sales strategies and engage enterprise prospects to create pipeline opportunities, collaborating closely with marketing teams.

Own end-to-end product design as the sole designer: lead 0→1 product design, translate complex technical problems into intuitive UIs, conduct user research, prototype and align stakeholders, expand and maintain the design system, and support cross-functional design needs across product and marketing.

Own and expand Teleskope’s North American channel strategy by recruiting and activating VARs and service partners. Build partner-program structure, incentives, enablement, co-selling motions, and pipeline reporting. Manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally on partner-driven deals. Initially operate as an individual contributor while building a high-performing channel team as the program scales.
