Own the AI product for freight request, quoting, booking, and shipment monitoring workflows. Work directly with logistics clients to map processes, define requirements, build prototypes, establish AI accuracy standards, and determine what should be bespoke, configurable, or core product. Partner closely with engineers and freight experts, support client deployments, reduce manual handoffs, and turn initial implementations into scalable products across customers.

Own the development of AI-powered finance workflows for cross-border payments customers. Responsibilities include conducting requirements discovery with finance teams, mapping data flows, defining human-versus-agent decisions, writing product specifications, prototyping with AI tools, partnering with engineers, managing client relationships, standardizing workflows, and converting client-specific solutions into scalable products. The role requires hands-on finance domain knowledge, customer-facing delivery, and strong judgment in early-stage product development.

Build Tensec’s content engine from the ground up, extracting stories from executives and operators, writing authentic AI-assisted content, managing the company LinkedIn presence, and developing executive voices. Create original fintech and cross-border payments content, measure pipeline influence, and collaborate with compliance and legal teams to publish within regulatory guidelines.

Lead Tensec’s finance function as a hands-on player-coach, building driver-based financial models, budgets, runway planning, pricing and unit economics, cap table management, board reporting, and fundraising diligence processes. Manage outsourced accounting, tax, audit, FX exposure, equity administration, compensation modeling, and spend policies. Partner closely with the CEO on investment and spending decisions while scaling the function toward a future CFO role.
