Lead architecture, design, and deployment of scalable, production-grade cloud-native services. Define architectural standards, decouple a monolith into modular services, integrate secure AI/LLM patterns, and partner with engineering and product leaders to balance security, cost-efficiency, observability, and long-term scalability.

Conduct a one-day, on-site usability test at a designated U.S. airport. Walk from the security exit to the rideshare pickup area using the client’s app, evaluate navigation guidance, record the screen, capture screenshots and airport photos, then submit recordings and complete a survey. Applicants must live within a two-hour drive of a target airport, provide an iOS or Android device, and be available within the next two weeks.

Owns the strategy, packaging, architecture, and delivery methodology for AI testing services. Designs evaluation approaches for LLMs, RAG systems, autonomous agents, and multi-agent architectures using automated graders, LLM judges, and human validation. Supports enterprise discovery, sales, delivery, and technical escalations; advances internal frameworks, develops training datasets and documentation, and defines service offerings, pricing, metrics, and go-to-market content.
