Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot IBM Maximo applications, modules, workflows, interfaces, and automation scripts. Support data imports, exports, cleansing, reporting, documentation, user assistance, and system enhancements. The role works with senior administrators, business analysts, and operational stakeholders while following IT governance, change management, and security procedures.

Administer and implement IBM MAS/Maximo and related facility-management technologies for government and commercial customers. Works with government stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements, recommend solutions, demonstrate technology, resolve issues, and improve operational performance. Requires strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

The role is remote but may require occasional travel, off-hours support, federal background screening, and collaboration with technical and facilities stakeholders.

Serves as the technical authority for IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite architecture, integrations, data governance, cloud infrastructure, modernization, and enterprise asset management solutions. Leads system design, migrations, upgrades, security, performance optimization, technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, and stakeholder collaboration. Provides mentorship and supports project planning for secure, scalable enterprise environments serving a federal client.

Analyzes business and technical requirements, improves asset-management processes, and proposes IBM Maximo enhancements. The role develops custom applications, reports, and interfaces; performs system administration; trains and supports end users; and communicates with technical staff, non-technical personnel, and USPS stakeholders. The position requires at least 25% travel and may involve government background screening, credentialing, or clearance.
