Manage a general liability insurance defense caseload from intake through resolution, handling legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparation, and client collaboration while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Support attorneys in all litigation phases: draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence; manage high-volume caseloads; conduct legal research via Lexis Advance; organize records/invoices; assist with mediation/trial prep and e-filing; use document management systems.

Manage a workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparation and attendance, expert witness coordination, client collaboration, and meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys: prepare and proofread legal documents, manage calendars and travel, file court documents, maintain client files, assist with billing and time entry, communicate with clients and courts, perform basic legal research, support discovery and trial preparation, and other administrative duties.
