Manage a diverse insurance defense caseload from intake through resolution. Perform file review, legal research, drafting of briefs and pleadings, discovery, witness coordination, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court, arbitrations, depositions, and administrative proceedings. Collaborate with partners and clients, meet a 1,950-hour billable requirement, and manage deadlines with independence and strong client communication.

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys including preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars, filing with courts, organizing client files, supporting discovery and trial prep, communicating with clients and courts, and other assigned administrative duties.

Manage a general liability insurance defense caseload from intake through resolution, handling legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparation, and client collaboration while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Manage a workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting briefs and pleadings, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, trial preparation and attendance, expert witness coordination, client collaboration, and meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.

Support attorneys in all litigation phases: draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence; manage high-volume caseloads; conduct legal research via Lexis Advance; organize records/invoices; assist with mediation/trial prep and e-filing; use document management systems.

Manage workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, representing clients at court, arbitration, and depositions, handling discovery, coordinating expert witnesses, and preparing for trial while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
