The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center Benefits Overview

Lead strategy and execution for major and planned gifts, manage individual giving and development systems, supervise two direct reports, cultivate a portfolio of ~70 mid-level prospects, collaborate with CDO, CEO, finance, and marketing, and ensure accurate donor data and reporting to meet fundraising goals.

Plan, facilitate, and document part-time adult social and support groups (e.g., Harmonies, LGBTQ+ Wellness) in-person and virtually. Create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces, prepare agendas, track attendance and session notes, communicate with staff and participants, attend trainings and meetings, and apply conflict de-escalation and group management techniques.
