Leads NRP’s national strategy for partnerships with Public Housing Authorities and public-sector stakeholders. Builds executive relationships, originates affordable housing opportunities involving RAD, Section 18, Choice Neighborhoods, LIHTC, and mixed-finance initiatives, and expands NRP into new markets. Advises leadership, collaborates with development teams to evaluate opportunities, represents NRP at industry events, and creates a sustainable pipeline of strategic partnerships. Extensive national travel is required.
