Lead CLIMA Funds philanthropic growth by cultivating major donors and strategic partners, designing donor education, managing fundraising systems, writing proposals, and coordinating cross-member fundraising efforts to expand multi-year unrestricted funding and influence climate philanthropy.

Lead CLIMA Fund programmatic initiatives and organizational learning, including Let It Flow and Democracy's Immune System. Coordinate Programs and Learning & Evaluation teams, develop impact frameworks and research, translate learning into strategy and communications, facilitate cross-member collaboration, represent CLIMA externally, and support strategic planning and organizational learning processes.

Lead organizational learning strategy and systems; oversee data, knowledge production, and an integrated learning platform; support cross-team sensemaking, dissemination, and capacity building; manage one direct report; partner with executive leadership to embed values-aligned learning practices across a remote, global nonprofit.

Provide high-level operational and communications support to the VP of Philanthropic Partnerships & Influence. Manage calendar, email triage, meeting logistics, travel, Salesforce records, briefings, contracts and consultant payments. Track project timelines, streamline workflows, prepare conference intelligence, handle expense reports, and maintain confidentiality while collaborating across teams in a remote, global environment.
