As a Bilingual Spanish/English Enrollment Specialist, your job is to talk to prospective members, educate them on our services, and encourage them to join Thyme Care to receive free-of-cost support throughout their cancer journey. This role reports into our Senior Manager of Enrollment Strategy and in it you will be expected to make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members every day.

As an Enrollment Specialist at Thyme Care, your role involves educating prospective members about Thyme Care's services, encouraging them to join for free-of-cost support throughout their cancer journey, and enrolling members in the program. You will be making outbound calls, explaining benefits, obtaining consent, and building relationships with members.

As a Data Scientist, you will join our Data team to help us build and maintain strong analytic capabilities that will support Thyme Care’s mission.

Provide first-point clinical support to members by evaluating urgent and emergent health concerns related to oncologic disease, adverse treatment effects, and comorbid conditions. Offer guidance, connect members with appropriate healthcare services, and ensure continuity of care through communication with clinicians. Monitor inbound escalation queue and respond to members requiring assistance. Document assessments and collaborate with Nurse Team Lead and medical team.

As a Clinical Informaticist at Thyme Care, you will oversee medical information management and develop clinical products and services to drive value-based care initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to improve clinical and data products. Lead external engagements and align with partners on program population criteria.

As a Senior Manager of Partnership Operations at Thyme Care, you will drive exceptional contract performance and foster meaningful relationships with health plans and risk-bearing entities. Your role involves managing partner relationships, overseeing account portfolios, leading cross-functional initiatives, and developing processes for partner operations.
